Delivery Options

Showroom pickup is available for select items only (not all products qualify — this will be indicated on the product listing). Pickup is from our showroom at 21 Roberts Road, Greenacre, NSW, and is free of charge.

Delivery is available Australia-wide for our flat-pack, brand-new furniture range, which makes up the majority of our website catalogue. These items are shipped via courier.

Used and select in-showroom items are delivered locally by our own delivery team rather than courier — availability and area will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Cost

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.

Custom and made-to-order items have a longer lead time, as they're manufactured to your specifications. We'll communicate an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, freight carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

How Delivery Works

Courier deliveries (flat-pack/AU-wide items): couriers do not contact you in advance — they'll simply arrive with your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive it, or that a safe drop location is accessible. Courier delivery is to your ground floor/entrance only; couriers are not able to carry items upstairs or navigate stairs/lifts.

Local deliveries (used/select items, delivered by our own team): we can assist with upstairs delivery where needed. Let us know at the time of order if you anticipate access challenges (stairs, lifts, tight doorways) so we can plan accordingly.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your item(s) as soon as possible after delivery or pickup. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at furnishiosydney@gmail.com — see our Returns Policy for details on how we handle this.
