  • Delivery Time: Most items are delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on stock availability and location.

 

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees vary based on distance and item size. Charges will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

 

  • Delivery Conditions: Customers must ensure that access to the property is suitable for large items. Redelivery fees apply if delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

 

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your items on delivery. If there are any damages or defects, notify us immediately with photos.

 

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

  • Refunds Process: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Warranty Policy

  • All brand-new items come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

 

  • Used furniture items are sold as-is and may not carry a warranty unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

  • This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and Afterpay (subject to approval).

 

  • Full payment must be made before delivery unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

 

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
