Returns & Refunds Policy

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  
• Damaged Items: Please inspect your items on delivery. If there are any damages or defects, notify us immediately with photos.
  
  
• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery only if there is any damage upon unboxing the product which shall be proven with a video while opening the boxes.
  
  
• Refunds Process: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
